- Send you heating oil price alerts based on your preferences
- Process your subscription payments
- Send transactional emails related to your account
- Improve and maintain the OilWatch platform

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. We do not share your information with heating oil dealers or any third parties for marketing purposes.
Email Communications
By creating an account, you agree to receive transactional emails including price alerts, account confirmations, and service notifications. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time. Transactional emails related to your account and alerts cannot be disabled while your account is active.
SMS Communications
OilWatch subscribers who opt-in to SMS notifications will receive heating oil price alert text messages. Message frequency varies based on your alert settings — typically 1 to 4 messages per month during heating season. Message and data rates may apply. We will never sell, share, or disclose your mobile phone number to third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Your mobile number is used solely to deliver OilWatch price alerts you have requested. Reply STOP to any OilWatch message to unsubscribe from SMS alerts at any time. Reply HELP for help. Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information.

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by emailing hello@oilwatch.co. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
